Planning Labs 2nd Edition - 2014


2nd EDITION - Fall 2014 COURSE 


The activity is aimed to the training and the incubation of design groups and management of activities in the framework of cooperation and international planning, projects related to immigration and integration. The course aims to help the participants to develop real know-how and writing skills, which can be used while working by themselves or inside a company.


The training activities are intended to not more than 15 selected participants, who will form three planning teams, which will focus on a specific area of action. At the end of the course each group will present their project proposal to a funding agency. In case of approval, group members will take direct coordination tasks of the planned activities.




1st Phase 

- 15 hours of lectures Programs' Analysis and regional, domestic and international calls 

- Main application form models analysis 

- Budget Elaboration and partnership creation


2nd Phase - 15 hours Project Laboratories

The creation of 3 working groups composed up to a maximum of 5 people during which the participants, directed by tutors, will be involved in the actual writing, collecting documents and looking up for new partners for the presentation of a project proposal to a regional, national or European tender.
